I have been a cellc customer for 6years now and have 2 active contracts with them. currently cellc are experiencing interenet issues on blackberry users and i had to find out from the blackberry support team. the consutlant was so nice and very helpful that i completely lost track of why i called in, she even apologised for no communication that was sent out to me, this was the first time i had customer service that actually made me smile. i would like to thank the consultant that helped me, wish i could remember her name so her manager/teamleader or supervisor could see this. thank you
