I have a cell phone contract with MTN . of which i bought a BlackBerry Bold handset from them. I had previous range of blackberry hand set and this is the 1st time i ever experience such dissapointment in the brand. the phone has so much potential but it failed to live up to the application/status in the market. i have recieved 4 handset to date an none of them worked for a good two months without battery heating up when you're on the phone for 5 minutes or more. At times it will freeze, or the red light will flash so much you can teven make calls. You have to take the battery out everytime you recive a message or want to make a call. at time it does want want to swich on or its for ever on SOS. iTS ONLY BEEN 10 MOTNHS I'VE BEEN USING THE BOLD 9900 . IT A PHONE AND NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE ARE SPENDING EVERY MONTH FOR IT. WHY ARE YOU STILL HAVING THIS PRODUCT ON THE MARKET IF YOU KNOW IT HAS ISSUES, GIVING PEOPLE REFURBISHED PHONE DOES NT HELP AS IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE CIRCULATION GABAGE TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS. TO MANY FEATURES WHICH AN APPLICATION CANT SUPPORT. I FEEL BLACKBERRY AND MTN A CUSTOMER OF THEIR MONEY BECAUSE ALL THEIR INTERESTED IN IS MAKING MONEY
