Poor Customer Care at Vodacom World

I had issues with my Blackberry which I took to Vodacom Repair centre for fixing. A week later i received my phone with a problem I had not had before (the handset speaker was not working). I then sent it back for repairs of which 2 weeks later I received a refurbished phone. When I contacted the Customer Care to assist me to transfer my blackberry contacts and emails on the new phone, a problem was picked up that the device belongs to Cell C. I was then told that someone from technical support will give me a call as they would need to swap the phone again. This was the last feedback I received from the Customer Care department on the 05.02.13. To date no one has contacted me to have the phone swapped. Seems like once you take a contract or two from Vodacom, they do not care about customer satisfaction or care for that matter. I am extremely frustrated now and my intentions is to get this matter resolved if not I will keep on posting complaints on this site until it is resolved.
