After my report on the 30 January 2014 I got a quick reply from Mweb but to no avail it is more than 3 weeks now that I have joined Mweb and are still not able to connect. I have had several IT specialists contacted me but no one has corrected the problem.
Thank you Mweb I no longer want your service if you cant even get it right to connect me how are you going to assist me further when I have problems. I am cancelling my contract as from tomorrow and I hope that will get done without a battle.
I have had enough!!!
