I would just like to send out this complaint to MTN as number 1 its really difficult to get through to the blackberry tech support dept and instead of the agent obtaining contact details for clients to be called back on they asked me to all back in an hour and i believe my issue is very urgent please can an agent from the blackberry tech support call me. As the agent i spoke to hung up on me.
