Whats Happened to Blackberry & Vodacom?

No 1. I spent 3 hours at home trying to perform the device switch, logged in with my Blackberry ID, no contacts were transferred, tried to download the Blackberry Link from the internet to get a message saying it is not available in RSA... Back to the Vodacom shop in Galleria to see the technician to transfer all my BBM contacts - to be told it cannot be done..
No. 2 - next day I want to take photos - error message "camera cannot be started" tried to view previous "phone freezes and videos cannot be played - screen goes black" - Back to Vodacom Shop to be told that they will have to send the phone away I will get it back in 3 - 5 days
No. 3 - finally get news that the Z10 has a device error and I can collect a new phone. back to Vodacom, test the phone - and guess what - same problem, camera cannot start - video screen is blank. I request that the contract be cancelled
No. 4 - The total cost is R822.00 which will be refunded to me in the first week of February - 2 months later

unacceptable as a loyal and dedicated customer, not only to Vodacom but to Blackberry.
I have had 8 contracts with Vodacom over the last 3 years
Is this the future of Blackberry and Vodacom??
