TELKOM FAILED TO CANCEL SERVICE 7 years ago

I am completely up in arms with Telkom. 7 years ago they launched a product called VPN, I was asked to try it out in my business. It did not work for us so I immediately cancelled the service, I left all the original documents with the Telkom office in Somerset West.
Since then I have been harassed by debt collecting agents from across the country. One every 5-6 months. The first few I had copies and I supplied those copies of the documents to the agents. Since then the case has been to roughly 25 different agencies all over South Africa. I have given police affidavits, I have supplied documents when I still had them and done whatever possible. Every time I was promised that this problem is now resolved, only for it to surface again a few months later at another debt agency. Now I am being harassed by a company called NU Debt who even sends me SMS saying I have made a payment arrangement with them for the debts. I am not responsible for Telkom not carrying out my instructions. Now they ask for paperwork again which I don't have anymore. I don't know what to do anymore...
