I recently did a sim swop to accommodate the transition from a BlackBerry to an iPhone. This transition forced me to take a look at the amount (s) I am being billed per month:

1. I have been billed highly unregularly for "Packet Switched Data Calls" e.g.: In Jan 2013 I used approx 320MB of data and have been billed R34.23 for it but in Dec I used 379MB of data which resulted in a bill of R280.67 - inconsistent? What is the rate per MB?
2. Also, why am I being billed for example in Jan 2013 for 320MB of data, when according to your website [URL Removed] 350MB of data is included in the package I am on.
3. Cancel all BlackBerry related charges
4. Cancel the SMS500 Monthly Service
5. Activate a data bundle of 500MB per month
6. Please give me a breakdown of how the above mentioned will influence my account so that I can budget accordingly.
