No response after several attempts

On Fri 13 Sept I logged a query with Delvene at the MTN Branch in Oudtshoorn (ref 2657578) a billing amount that escalated from R149.00 per month to R1264.96, I wanted to now how this happened as the invoice only states "Packet Switched Data Cells". On 20 Sept I went back only to get told it takes 7 working days for a reply.By 1 October I still had not received any feedback re my query - on the invoice it says: all disputes which have not been resolved by MTNSP may be referred to the Ombudsman at [Email Removed] Well, I did so, completed the form and that's the last I have heard. I raised a query within 30 days of this bill but with no reply - how can the contents be deemed correct when you have not reverted back to me?
