Exorbitant Billing Costs

I have had direct debit mandate coming off my bank account for a 3G contract with MTN. Each and every month my bill is R149 as I never ever exceed the amount of data I get on that contract (2 Gigs). In September my bill was around R500 which was already high and I went in and queried it and was told that a query would be lodged (which I dont believe I ever received any feedback from) but I was also informed that what would be charged at the end of October would be R 1786.47. I immediately asked if I could query this and was told I could only query it once the charge had been made. I have been trying to query this ever since... I was given a number of different stories about why... and have just FINALLY received an itemised bill that simply states PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS R1 436.38. BROAD BAND 2 GIGABYTE R130 plus VAT 14% Total R1786.47. It is COMPLETELY impossible that these reflect my internet useage (my useage history on my device also does not give any indication of why I would be charged this amount)... I NEED ANSWERS! I am NOT getting any joy out of customer service at MTN Long Beach Mall... It has been shockingly bad! I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! Please could SOMEONE help
