MTN FAILS TO ANSWER TECHNICAL QUESTION & BILLING

9 Jan I ask MTN..a) If I attend an online webinar, which is a meeting where a lecture or conversation is held, am I charged for attending as a data cost? That is, for every minute of the hour that I am listening to the meeting proceedings, am I being charged a data rate for this? b) I want to know what the 'packet switched data calls' cost on my account relates to? Reference : 083 459 8726 - transaction dated 13/12/12. Give full details on how this cost came about? c) I want itemized billing on : 071 884 1616 and 083 459 8726, between the periods 1st November to date. I want itemized billing to be provided with all future invoices and statements from MTN. 9 Jan MTN ref A4037139. 10 Jan I f/up - MTN ref 1612465. NO FEEDBACK by 12 Jan, so resubmit full query to Benitta at Pavilion following phone call to her. NO FEEDBACK 15 Jan I f/up with Benitta & MTN - [Email Removed] NO RESPONSE STILL BY 17 Jan MTN's telephone system is the worst I've ever had to tolerate and I refuse to call their telephone number - I spent 1 HOUR attempting to get help before submitting emails - no one was intelligent enough to help me after I struggled for 1 HOUR and spoke to 5 different staff!!!
