I received a response to my complaint via e mail, i responded to the mail more then 4 days ago, and what do you know... CELL C has dropped the ball again.
Well done, usless bunch of employees that work for Cell C. I will assist you by tracing who did not respond since i feel that you are incompetent. 1. Trace who e mailed me regarding my previous complaint. 2. Find out why my e mail was not responded to. 3. Resolve my complaint and stop wasting my time.
Again I confirm, that i will never take out another contract with Cell C, as your service.
If you really cared about your customers, you would actually done an investigation as to why my query is ongoing for more then 2 months, and why done your employees respond to complaint.
