PACKET SWITCHED DATE CALLS

I received an outrageous bill for October of R2723.65, I got an upgrade to Samsung S4 on talk 200. Which means I get 200MB, 200 sms, 200 minuites
I logged my query 105239626# where the consultant checked and said I had not received my 200 MB for that september & that he would log a query for the refund which takes 7-10 working days.
On the 18th October I got a sms that said I had received 60mb??? & 0MB of internet service??? which I did not understand, I called again and the consultant said that that was properly the MB I had left, and the rest I had used up. I then received another bill of R1493.97. I immediately called the call centre again and they explained that I had used my MB and this was the charge for the PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS,
I asked them to explain the difference between BROADBAND and PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS and they could not tell me. I have a friend with the same phone form MTN and on her account it says BROADBAND and she does not have this Problem. I took my bills to the MTN at Knowles and asked them to help & to date there has been no feedback, my bills are R4217.62. I am single female and can not afford to pay this.
