Elitemobile contacted my mother offering her contracted airtime on her existing cellphone of which money will be deducted each month from her account. She called back within a few days of having accepted the contract to cancel and she was told that it will take 7 to 14 working days to cancel. On the 03rd Feb 2014 it was her 14th day and they haven't yet cancelled the contract and her caller identity is still blocked.
Now we don't have time to go back and forth calling Vodacom to cancel this contract, therefore can someone please assist with this matter?
