Contract - Rushed into accepting!

A sales lady from Rewards called me to find out if I'd be interested in a R75 top-up contract fom Vodacom. She called me around 2pm while I was driving. She refused to believe that I was driving assuming that I did not want to listen to her offer. She was very rude! I requested that she call me back after work at around 7pm. Long story short, I accepted since I was already a prepaid customer and R75 a month seemed convenient for me. However, what she failed to inform me was that it did not include BIS. She asked if I had a Blackberry but failed to inform me that the contract did not include BIS. I found this out a week later after my BIS was inactive and I called Vodacom to activate my BIS. The agent informed me that I would need to call them every month to activate my BIS. I requested a cancellation of the contract but I was abruptly told to cancel in 14 days. Amidst the busy xmas season, I managed 2get time 2call Rewards on 30Dec2012 to cancel but was informed that it was too late to cancel the contract and was suppose to cancel on the 14th day and I would need to pay a fee of R1000 if I want to cancel!

I've been ill-informed. I want to cancel this contract asap!!
