RE: Upgrade of a cellphone contract

I called EliteMobile on Monday to upgrade 2 of my cellphone contracts. Customer service consultant was talking asif she didnt want to speak, i was constantly asking her what was she saying- Tuesday i called because no one called- i spoke with Elizabeth who was much better - she said dhe will escalate the request and mark it as urgent. Till now no one called me. I was hoping to surprise my mom with a new phone for mother's day- i guess that wont happened. i was so disappointed with the service because previously it was EliteMobile who would call and remind you about the upgrade, and you would upgrade immediately, not that someone will call you back. i knew within 2 days i would get my phone. i know this because i have upgraded with EliteMobile more than three times.
