Two incorrect contracts/poor customer services

I bought a cellphone on telesales on the 10th of April, I took the samrt lite contract, I specificaly told the sales lady that I have a voda number and I want to keep therefor they will have to convert my existing number to a contract she said that would be done. 2 days later the phone was delivered with a new simcard. I called the 0821945 number to have my contract activated and to be ported to my existing prepaid number. They activated the contract on two numbers, the sim that came with cellphone and my prepaid number. I have been calling the call centre since last week for help on cancelling the other contract coz am being charged on it as well and my existing number the caller ID which I specifically asked to be activated has not been activated. Now am stuck with two contracts which I am going to be charged when I cancel the other. I am and I will return this phone and cancel everything if this is not sorted out by todady. Am being sent form pillar to pillar no one wants to take ownership for this.
