I have received an account for a service from Vodacom, that I did not ask for, neither have I used it, or am I even planning to use it on that specific number.
Al this is due to the incompetence of their direct online service provider ELITEMOBILE, as well as VODACOM, allowing a transfer/upgrade of one of my (5) contract accounts, which I did not ask for, or approved of.
I am now in constant battle with a non-responding ELITEMOBILE as well as VODACOM, to reverse this illegal upgrade of my profile, with absolutely no joy from either ELITEMOBILE, nor VODACOM.
Every time I lodge this complaint to THEIR forums (the only complaint contacts known to me), I am answered with the same standard pro-forma letter, of which I now have a considerable collection. I have answered those Authentication Response questions repeatedly, I have attached previous e-mails, but still I am exactly where I was with my problem more than two weeks ago.
What is the problem with VODACOM and ELITEMOBILE???
