On 2012-12-13 I lodged a complaint with Hellopeter re an Ipad I ordered from Elitemobile and then cancelled but which I got billed for by Vodacom on a monthly basis without having used said Ipad. Ten minutes after I had submitted the complaint, I was contacted by Staleen of Elitemobile who promised to look into the matter urgently. Within a few days I received an sms from Vodacom stating that this contract had been cancelled and that they have credited my account with the full amount of all premiums deducted from my bank account
Now this is what I call service. Anybody / institution can make mistakes but the secret in how we rectify those mistakes. Kudos to Staleen and Elitemobile for the efficient manner in which they dealt with my complaint. Much appreciated!
