I upgraded my package due to phone calls and changing to Iphone. My bill was never more than R600 after this upgrade. All of a sudden I started receiving an exorbitant bill of R1300, and I have not changed a thing in my usage, especially around my data and strongly believe there is something wrong. I have since for the past 2.5 months spoke to several consultants with absolute no help! I spoke to a supervisor today, Jasper, who was even more useless and told me the only thing I can do is call their technical department. I am furious and will now look at swopping my contract and my entire companies contracts to Vodacom.
