I am writing this report in behalf of a family member, who lives in Somerset East. For the past month their Cell C reception for calls and internet are deteriorating by the day. Sms's sometimes takes days to go through, calls does not go through, or get cut off due to bad reception. Only very slow internet is available and sometimes not even that. Please help? Whats going on? Thanks.
