I spoke to the guys to transfer my ADSL Line and PBX system to our new office last week and I was promised all will be sorted by Thur/Friday... till today my employees have no phones nor internet which means our business has not been functioning. We are loosing a lot of money because of this nonsense service... In the morning today Susan called me and told me they will be here but now is 5PM and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE..I always pay on time.
