Usiness line off for 9 days

Dear hello peter iam very sad and angry with Telkom i reported my business line to be off from last week Thursday i was promised the line will be fixed but till today the line is still of we can receive or make call and can't use internet, we are losing business we can work without telephone line or internet connection i have been trying to follow up with Telkom but till today no luck, i got an sms that the problem has been resolved but it is not went to Telkom branch they say on the system it shows the line is been fixed they gave me a telephone i called and i was told part of my line is been discontinued how or why no one know the lady told me they will reconnect it on line while i was holding but it was not done she told me i must call after few hours they are off line, when i call from my cellophane i hold until i run out of airtime with no luck, but when i go to Telkom and use their line the answer

Please help i need Telkom to respond and i need them to reimburse me all the cost i incurred using a cell phone and 3gcard for internet for the whole week.
