My adsl line has been out of order since Tues last week. My phone went out Wed and was back in order on Thurs. I have called the Fault centre daily they reported that they were working on the ADSL line on Thurs morning and then again on Friday when I called them again. Called again this week we put through an urgent and 2 escalations. Yesterday at 4 45 pm they told me that the repair order was with the technician for repair today (Friday). First thing this morning I get a text saying my lines been fixed. so much nonsense. I call them today again and they say they will test the line again today. GRRR. I'm beyond frustrated i have an online business. I have already had to spend R800 on 3g data.
I was just starting to feel that Telkom had upgraded their services and I see that I am sadly incorrect.
