On the 28th Nov 2013 vodacom blocked my line and when i called them, no one could give an proper answer on why my line was blocked. I had to call them 3 times for me to get assist and information about why my line was block. They told me it was going to open on the new month, came the new month which was Dec 2013, my line was still block on grounds that i was over used. The whole Dec 2013 i didnt have access to my phone and no one from Vodacom was getting back to me as the call centre agents kept telling they are investigating & some will call me. I dont understand why does vodacom have turn around times if no one sticks to them. At the begining of Jan 2014 i got a bill for Dec 2013 from them saying i owe for a month that i had no access to use my phone. When i called them, the agent had to log a new query ref S3-04X2D-DLUQB and they advise me i will contacted in 14days, still no one contacted until now. I called them on the 28 Jan, spoke to a jayson "Operations Manager" who said he'll call me back before the end of the day and still no call. So this month my account got bill for something i didnt use. Many people i know have left Vodacom now i know why and i'm joining them.
