Telkom is incompetent

I am severely disgusted in Telkom. We run a business from home and we need our phones as well as our internet to work. For more that a week we haven't been getting any calls or have been able to go on the internet. We went and bought new phones, thinking the phones were faulty. After that we realized that the phones wasn't the problem, . We then phoned Telkom and they do not respond to our calls at all, or event pick up the phone. The people working there are extremely incompetent and they are a disgrace to Telkom. But the mentioned above was only a part of the problem. The people from Telkom came out to our house a while ago, to "upgrade" our wi fi line... It was more like a severe DOWN GRADE. Its slower than ever, You can't even connect to Google, and it off EVERY Friday to Sunday. We need to pay our employees every Friday and we are not able to do that... This is sickening and need to be dealt with immediately. We are loosing LOST of work, and Telkom will be held liable for loss of income!
