WE HAVE ADSL LINE AND PAY THOUSANDS OF RANDS MONTHLY FOR THIS SERVICE. THIS IS NOT PRIVATE USE BUT A BUSINESS ADSL LINE. TELKOM WILL COME AND FIX T IN 6 BUSINESS DAYS. I DONT THINK TELKOM UNDERSTANDS WHAT BUSINESS MEANS. NOBODY CAN RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT ACCESS TO INTERNET TO MAKE PAYMENT AND EMAILS FOR COMMUNICATION FOR 6 WORKING DAYS. IF YOU PHONE THEM, THEY SIMPLY SAY SORRY THERE ARE TOO MAY FAULTS AND I SIMPLY HAVE TO WAIT, WHILE MY BUSINESS SITS STILL. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE LEVELS ARE A JOKE AND PART OF THEIR SMALL PRINT. DONT EVER GET A TELKOM ADSL LINE - GO WITH VODACOM OR MTN. THAT IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO
