A week without ADSL, loosing business, no response

I have complained about my Telkom ADSL line since last week Tuesday 23rd of April 2013 - then it was on & off Tuesday and Wednesday last week, but since Thurdsday 25th of April 2013 we have no ADSL line. I am running a internet driven business in Kempton Park, 132 Monument Road, Aston Manor shopping centre, in Aston Manor in Kempton Park. I am loosing business and clients daily due to Telkom and ADSL problems and it has been a week no of nobody coming out to test the line or getting much help from Telkom. I have paid an IT Company to have a look if there was a IT problem on my side without any luck also advised that it was a Telkom Problem. This fault has been reported to Telkom more than once, but I have only 2 reference numbers
428CRK300413 & 122CRK230413.
Today is exactly one week later and still no internet - like I say - I am a business loosing clients and cannot do any work and this is a HUGE problem. I am in need of some urgent attention and technician need to be send out to have this problem sorted ASAP - I cannot carry on like this any longer.
