I had a Vodacom account on nr 0822218679 which was cancelled by me in 2012. Since I cancelled the account I never received statements or any

correspondence from Vodacom at all, not even a phone call and all of a sudden it comes up on my ITC report that Vodacom put a default on my name. Sorry but this is

pathetic service from Vodacom. now because SOMEBODY AT VODACOM COULDN'T OR DIDN'T do their work I am being penalized. I am now unable to purchase a property, and this is really unacceptable, this just makes me relies why I am now with MTN. i was given the following email addresses, but [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but its a waste of time emailing them cause you just don't get feedback or anything from these people.
