Dear Mr. Motebejane from Vodacom, they send me an email giving me a different story and a different reason on why the account was hand over. the collection company, does even phone me back anymore and said I must refer the matter directly to Vodacom, in the mean time I am still blacklisted and vodacom does not care to solve the problem. Please give me an amount outstanding an the reason why, have a look at my statements and confim why my contract and statement amounts is different, I want to resolve this and clear my name I need to purchase a Vehicle to work, please help. how many times do I have to complain on Hellopeter before Vodacom and I can resolve the problem
