To date, NOTHING has been done about my query. No notification from Vodacom. No response to my request to cancel my subscription.
No response from Rashieda Jattiem at email address [Email Removed]
I spend over R24000, 00 a year with this company on my family contracts etc. This is Vodacoms way of looking after customers...
