BLACKLISTED BUT NOT MY ACCOUNT

On 6 March 2013 I applied for a homeloan, but it was declined due to a Vodacom account. I never had a Vodacom contract in my live, neither did I apply for one. I contacted Vodacom legal department. They said I must write a letter, and forward my ID with 3 signatures on it to [Email Removed] I immediatly did so and received an e-mail with reference EC-ZHN6-2DR9HP as confirmation that the issue will be attend to in 3 working days. I could loose the deal with the house, so Vodacom's attorney advise that I pay the account in full to continue with the house purchase. I did so and received a letter from the attorneys that it is settled... BUT the letter clearly state that the LISTING DOES NOT GET REMOVED OFF YOUR NAME. I contacted Transunion and file a dispute. TU20130306/00072501. In the end my MOTHER bought the house due to my bad credit report. Yesterday 18 October I wanted to buy a car. I couldnt. BAD VODACOM ACCOUNT. I never received feedback from ANY party that they are at least busy to sort this out. Why would they?? I paid it already, so their is no need for them to give it a second look?? How do I get this sorted out? It ruines my life!!!
