TELKOM - NO SERVICE

I've been phoning Telkom for the last 2 months, someone's been using my Telkom lines, I've been trying to cancel my Telkom account, today I've been holding for 30 MINUTES and still no one to pick up the phone.

Please contact me urgently to cancel my account

This is horrible service and I will take this to the next level if not sorted out soon!!!
