Vodacom is not willing to asssit me with canceling my contract 0797103540,
I requested a quote to pay vodacom out, I payed the amount, I sent the proof of payment, a copy of my ID and the cancelation letter to [Email Removed] I received a mail from Lebo [Email Removed] that there are no attachements, but the documetns were attached so I resent them anyways. I still havent heard anything from Vodacom regarding this. I logged into vodacoms website to see what my Billing says and it seems that my contract was never cancelled and the number is never changed to prepaid as requested. I will not pay another cent towards this contract seeing I did pay them out fair and square. So if this debit order goes off on my account I will take things much further than this.
