Vodacom
Contract cancelled

I took out a contract with Vodacom in 2007. In 2009 I cancelled the contract. Last year I received a letter from VVM Collections, saying I owe Vodacom money.

Since I cancelled the contract, I never received any statements, nothing. Which tells me that they did receive my cancellation. Now since 2012 the collections company say I owe Vodacom?

Phoned the VVM collections company this morning again and the consultant was very rude. I tried to contact Vodacom via email, but they directed my immediately to VVM.

I do not owe them money, I did cancel the contract.
