Hi.

Recently my account has been in arrears and Vodacom contacted me on my Vodacom Cellphone so that we could arrange a payment plan on paying my account. This was about 3 months ago. We arranged a payment plan of me paying R2400 the one month and then the next month I would have to pay the rest. The woman also told me that my phone was going to work in this time so I don't have to worry. Currently My phone is still off and i really cant get hold of them, When I went in to the Vodacom shop at Centurion they said that they could not help my and that I would have to phone this number they have me. I told them that I was not able to phone from my phone as it tells me "Unregistered Network". I tried then from my Mothers Phone and they also told me that i need to phone from my own number to sort this out. I also went on the Vodacom website and emailed the Support there. 2 weeks still no response. And I am unable to log into my Vodacom account online as it sends me the OTP to my phone but my Phone is not working. Really don't Know what I should do now. It has really been 3 months. Can some one please email me [Email Removed] so we can sort this out A.S.A.P
