STILL STRUGGLING WITH MY ACCOUNT

Vodacom is a sneaky, evil corporation! I have been struggling with overcharging on my data usage, after 7 months I have finally been credited with some of the costs, only to discover that there is still an amount of R849, which Vodacom NOW claims is for two of my contracts that hasn't been paid. When I asked for my statement so that I could show them where the R849 originates, they produced the statement only to find that all the months that I have been overcharged on the data usage, has now been removed! My payments I've made every month should cover the actual usage and NOT the overcharged data contract. I cannot believe that any consumer should have to struggle so! I am so frustrated and I want this matter settled once and for all. I want the R849 credited a.s.a.p
