I am a Vodacom customer for quite some time. For the last 8-12 months I don't receive my invoice, itemised bill report or statement, but Vodacom do deduct the money. Everymonth I contact them and will receive the same excuse that they sent it out by bulk email, and the system don't support gmail addresses. I've change that to a normal email address, and still don't receive my bill. Vodacom even have my physical and postal address, why don't I get it? I have to download my own account via the Vodacom website, which I think is not right, as I pay to get my account. I will appreciate it if they can sort this out, or I will just cancell the contract, as Vodacom are in breach of contract.
