Paying for a contract but NO Phone

I took my Phone in to vodacom Pretoria for repairs beginning january "Mind you it was booked in 4x in one month without fixing the actual problem" the matter was then escalated to the Advanced reparir centre which recommended I get a new phone, it has been more than 1 Calender month to date and I am still waithing for Vodacom to issue a credit for Vodacom for you to give me a replacement phone. My work is suffering as I use the phone as tool of trade, I pay for data which expire cause I cannot use, I cant get a lone phone because they are out of stock, and Guess what Vodacom tells me the query has been closed because they issued a credit note, THE CREDIT NOTE ISN'T REFLECTING AT THE STORE AND YET YOU HAVE A DECENCY TO TELL ME THE QUERYHAS BEEN CLOSED. Iam not interested in Vodacom's internal processes i just need a phone which by the way i am paying for. PLEASE STOP WASTING MY TIME, THIS ENQUIRY HAS BEEN POORLY HANDLED, RESPONDING TO EMAILS DOESNT HELP CAUSE NOTHING COMES OUT OF IT, TAKE ACTION AND STOP SENDING ME LONG E-MAILS
