I recently purchased a phone from Vodacom on contract within the month of July 2013 a Nokia Lumi 720. The phone within the month of August started having problems wher e applications started automatically opening themselves. Phone was booked in at Vodacom for repairs on the 3 of September 2013 and returned on the 4 of September 2013. a day after the same problems occurred and on the 6 of September I returned to Vodacare to have it booked in. It was then taken to the Advanced repair centre were I received my phone back on the 16/09/2013. It is now the 27/09/2013 and My phone still has the same problem. Its either vodacom gives me a new phone because I can not keep having the same phone on contract being repaired 3 time within a space of 3 month. Technically I am not enjoying the benefits of my new phone and vodacom is enjoying my premiums.
