Nw Contract, 3rd phone in 3 mnths shocking service

Initially, I was given a Dud phone (This already had a SIM card in it when it came out the box) which proceeded to conk in on me. (System Issue.) I then had to wait for Vodacom Kenilworth to send it away for repairs - two weeks later being issued with a new phone. At this stage the contract was a month old... of this time I had the phone a week. Now I have had the new phone a month, the battery is swollen and I am getting errors saying "samsung.android.has stopped working". So i take it back to Vodacom Kenilworth. They have now sent this away for another 14 working days. I am a sales Rep and CANNOT be without my phone. On top of the hefty monthly contract fees and call / data rates I am paying (for a phone which has been with vodacom more than it has been with me), I was then told that I needed to PAY for an interim phone which wouldn't even give me access to the internet to check my emails. I refused and have now been without a phone. Calling V. Kenilworth has brought no joy with staff who are rude, slack and pass the buck. I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom after years of loyalty. Vodacom = NOT THE SAME!!
