WAITING FOR SERVICE

I have requested my Telkom line to be re installed at my new home since November 2013. After the installation date being moved several times because of the technician not doing the job, it was then scheduled for Saturday 1 feb 2014. That suited me perfectly!!! But again, as usual, Telkom DID NOT do their job!!! I waited there for hours and no response from Telkom. I even phoned them to confirm that it is still scheduled for that day.
To date I think I have spent more than 2 hours on my cellphone phoning Telkom to try and get assistance. I have even taken days off from work to be at home for the technician to do the job. But NO, Telkom can not even do that. And then I have to explain to my boss why I have to take another day to be there!
Today is the 3rd of February 2014 still no response from Telkom. It should actually only take a few minutes to connect the line at the terminal box seeing as there is already an existing line at the residence. And the weird thing is that I see plenty of Telkom service vehicles in my area. But do you think they can spare a little time for me???
Telkom, get your stuff going and help me out!! ASAP!
