Vocadom unable to unblock my recoverd cellphone

I have a contract phone that was lost and later on found. i contacted Vodacom to stop the sim card and also block the phone and they did so.By chance i found the lost phone and first thing I did was notify Vodacom that it was now recovered, i was advised to complete the paper work to reverse the blockage on the phone and have them faxed and this was more than a month ago and I am ashamed to say that I have now done this process more than twice and Vodacom has not unblocked my recovered phone. The unfortunate part is that I am still paying for this contarct phone. On numerous occasions i have contacted vodacom and each time i talk to a different agent and each have a different story to tell me. Each time I am told that the phone will be unblocked but to my suprise this has not happened. I am very dissapointed with how Vodacom has handled this matter and I am not happy with the terrible service I have recieved.

I am now going to change my network from Vodacom to another since they are not interested in retaining me as a customer.
