One again Vodacom has failed to resolve any kind of problem for me.
I posted a complaint on this website hoping that this might spur Vodacom on to do something,
about my problem. But all i get is E Mails asking if i have been helped, and we will attend to your problem.
I am now going to month three and still i have not been able to get help from anybody at Vodacom,
regarding my brand new Nokia 920 Lumina, that i have never even used.
I keep paying and paying like a good customer should, but that also seems to actually do more harm,
than good. Maybe one should stop paying purely to get a responce or phone call from anybody at Vodacom.
So for 's sake fix the phone or give me a new one witch you should have done in any case!!!
And to, Kim Thornton,
Stop sending me e mails asking if i have been assisted, as you should well know,
that i havnt!!!
I am sure if the M.D of Vodacom's phone had this problem it would only take about one thousends of a second to have,
his new phone deliverd on a silver platter with beluga and some crackers on the side!!!
