I was on my way to meeting and got lost, so I pick up my phone to let the client know I will be late. And Vodacom had very kindly cut off my phone again. Due to a DATA contract that is UNDER DISPUTE, of which I have let Vodacom know at least 8 times now. So, late at the client, no call to let them know, just (thanks to Vodacom) a very unprofessional and bad first impression. Thanks Vodacom.
Kim Thornton- you handled my complaint last time. Vodacom is NOT helpful at all. No-one has contacted me as you said they would. Just cut off my phone. Again! Wake up, Vodacom!
When does my phone contract expire? What is the cancellation fee to end the contract now?
Vodacom - are you going to respond in writing with the info I have requested or do I take other avenues to resolve your horrific service.
