Locked Account due to incompetent admin

My nightmare started in Oct 2013, two months before my upgrade was due. Vodocam informed me that someone fraudulantly upgraded my account online. I received ref no 036-61A8 on the 25 Oct 2013. I submitted an affadavit on the 11 Nov 2013. Now after struggling to get an update received ref no 009C-CZ8V (22/11/2013) and was sent from pillar to post. I went to the nearest Vodashop, there the lady could not resolve this. I received my new phone, a Sony experia v on 24 Dec 2013 and thought the issue was resolved, just to find 5 days later my account was blocked. Note this was during the feastive season, new years without SMS, cannot phone, no Facebook, no whatssup, nothing. I phoned them from my new useless handset, luckily free and asked why service was cancelled, to find out that that the account was overdue due to the amount outstanding (ref S3-04U30-09QN9). Can someone help!!! I am so embaressed because I am unable to reply on any sms, fb whatssup and phone calls. I am scared to call vodacom customer service as I know I will waste my time speaking to a call centre agent with no authority.
