Online Upgrade Cancellation

I did an online upgrade application with Vodacom for my Cellphone number which was due on the 8th of November 2013. I submitted the application on the 11th of November 2013. It was indicated that I will receive my phone on the 15th or 18th of November 2013. Needless to say, my phone was not delivered on either of these days. After this date, I was not going to be at my delivery address for two weeks due to work commitments. I contacted Vodacom to make them aware of this and requested that my online upgrade application be cancelled. I spoke to Tumi (Admin lady at the call centre) and she assured me that she will cancel my application. On 11 December 2013, Tumi indicated that my online application was cancelled a while back and she will send me a confirmation email. To this day, after numerous calls once again, this is still not cancelled. Promises were made that the cancellation will take place and I will receive a confirmation email once processed. To this day I have not received confirmation of this. Due to my online upgrade application still reflecting on my account, I'm not able to upgrade at a local store! VODACOM I'll take my business to another SP if you don't sort this!
