My upgrade was due on 7 November 2013. I went to my nearest Vodacom branch to find out that my contract was already been upgraded without my permission. I immediately phoned the cancelled upgrade department to be informed that this was a matter and I should fax an affidavit to confirm that I did not do the upgrade. They acknowlegde my fax and I trusted them that the matter was solved. Unfortunately I have to find out today that my upgrade is active and they have already deducted the "new" upgrade monies from my bank account! This is unacceptable and I am very upset with Vodacom for I did not received the new handset and I have to pay for something I did not received. The upgrade number was 072 105 0099.
