Vodacom deduct lot of money in my account

On the 3th Jan 2013, Siyabonga a call centre agent call me to offer me a upgrade that goes with modem and a voucher. I took the order as he promise me that I would receive my phone within 3 days, (because i all did receive outstanding service from vodacom before I though I would receive the same service) but to my disappointment the service I received was far from outstanding. Firstly I did not receive the modem I only received the voucher and phone, I cancelled the contact with Michelle on the 11 Jan 2013. The phone and the voucher was collected on the18th Jan 2013. Secondly, WHY am I being billed for a service that I no longer have and is with vodacom. My account was debited with R278-00in Jan 2013 and R474-00 in Feb 2013. I would appreciated if you would reverse these charges and stop debiting my account, I would appreciated my money in my account asap, as I can not wait for 14 days, for vodacom to fit your problem. Thank you.
