On 1/02/2014 I got an sms for deduction of my vodacom account. Thing is I cancelled two of my account which I phoned them for a settlement amount and got the two quotations to be paid before seven days that I did. Received a letter that was emailed to me from vodacom as proof that the acounts was settled. Know at the end of the month I was just supposed to pay 2 accounts instead of 4. Phoned customer service and philasade had an absolute bad attitude againts me telling me that I must still pay one month for the acounts but for me it is why would I have asked for a quote if I wanted to pay another amount. He doesnt help you and interups you while you speak. For me if you want to work for a customer service you must be willing to help people.
